We're sorry to see you go. To request deletion of your Petbar account, please send an email to support@onpoint-holdings.com with the following details:

• Your Petbar username

• Email address associated with your Petbar account (must be the email you're sending from)

Our team will verify your request by checking the provided username and matching it with the associated email address.

What is Deleted:

​

• Personally identifiable information: username, email address, phone number, and address

• Pet profiles: username, name, biography, gender, breed, birthday, and microchip details

• Profile pictures and post assets

• Contact book, survey responses, chat messages, comments

• Business information (including business requests)

• Location logs, notification logs, pet insurance logs

• Posts, post reactions, and reminders

 

What is Retained (Anonymised):

• Reports of other users

• Chat rooms

• Post reactions

• Records of viewing profiles

 

Once verified, we will proceed with deleting your account.

Please allow up to 7 business days for the deletion process to be completed. You will receive a confirmation email once your account has been successfully deleted.
